1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation or tracking update through your provided contact details.
- During sales and promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your orders within the following estimated timeframes:
- Major cities: 3–5 business days.
- Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
- Standard delivery charges: 250
- Free shipping: on orders of Rs. 5000 or Above
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share available tracking details through your registered phone number, WhatsApp or email.
You can use these details to follow your shipment.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers when placing an order.
Adornaments cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully pack our jewellery before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will review your request and assist with an appropriate resolution.
